The college has a modern library with 7357 volumes (as on 5th
jul.2011), 89 Current Periodical subscriptions (Which includes 89 nationals and international journal
02 E-Journals).The library is spread in the area of 512 sq.mt. with seating
capacity of 100 students at a time. The Library also has unique reprographic
facility. Student can utilize the library from 8.00am to 6.00 pm (10 hours) on
working days.

Books :
|
The Books are arranged according to Dewey decimal classification. Each row of
the racks has been labeled with the range of class numbers in the corresponding
row.
|
Periodicals :
|
The periodicals are arranged department-wise. Titles of periodicals are kept in
the periodical section.
|
Reference Collection :
|
The reference collection consists of Dictionaries, Handbooks etc., and is housed
in reference section.
|
Non-Book Materials :
|
The non-book collection consists of CD-ROMs, Floppies and AV materials including
a collection of video courses.
|

Library Membership is open to :

a)Faculty members
b)Non-faculty members
c)Students
|
B. Registration :
|
|
The new users have to fill in and submit membership form for Library cards, i.e., the Registration forms, forwarded by
Head of the Department Principal. And present valid college Identity card/
Registration card of the college based on the notice issued by the Library.
|

Reading Room Time : 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
|
Book Issue & Return Time : (Mon to Fri) 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM
(Saturday) 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM
|
Reference & Periodical Section Time : (Mon to Fri) 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM
(Saturday) 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM

3. Lost Book: Replacement of book/ Current price/ original price

Termination of Membership :
|
If member is found Misusing/mutilating/ stealing/ cutting pages, his/her cases may be referred to competent
authority/ disciplinary comMBICTtee, for action. Membership can be suspended or
terminated if the Librarian and the ComMBICTtee decides.
