WORKSHOP

The work shop of MBICT has floor area 505 m2 as against the requirement of 200
m2 as per AICTE norms. It has a capacity of taking 60-80 students at a time. The
WorkShop includes all necessary shops as per requirements of AICTE and GTU.

These includes:

1.Carpentry shop including Pattern Making
2.Fitting Shop
3.Smithy shop including Foundry
4.Welding Shop
5.Sheet metal Shop
6.Machine Shop
7. Electro Plating
|
The work shop has all the basic tools, equipments and machines including Lathe,
Shaper, Drilling m/c, wood working m/c, Grinder, Arc welding, Spot welding etc.
It has state of art Electric furnace for Smithy work, which is unique of its
kind in the state. It has also electroplating and soldering and brazing
equipment. First Aid Box and fire extinguisher are provided for the emergency
treatment and safety in the workshop.

The experienced Instructors and Assistant work shop superintendent under the
guidance of Principal and work shop superintendent provide all necessary basic
skills to their students with utmost care.

Green Campus with ample open space provided by CVM enable students to work
freely and comfortably in the workshop.
